Want to learn how to make dumplings? We’ll teach you! Come celebrate Chinese New Year 2016 with one of Chicago's best food trucks! 

We will provide all the tools, ingredients, and sauces. All you have to do is come ready for hands-on dumpling assembly. We’ll provide a demonstration on different ways to fold dumplings and then have guests try it themselves. We will also be serving a full prix fixe menu of our favorite dishes from our truck! Of course, all the dumplings we made ourselves will be included. Just remember, ugly or pretty, they will be delicious!  

We will make sure our guests leave with a full stomach and the confidence to experiment at home! BYOB is highly encouraged and goodies given to take home!
